A fun and challenging conditioning class designed to help improve your flexibility (splits and back), whilst strengthening your legs, back, abs and glutes to take your extensions to the next level. We’ll focus on lengthening your lines and discuss how to make every kick, leg wave, and arm flourish look beautifully clean. If you love to feel the burn AND love to stretch, this is the class for you! All levels friendly. Heels optional.
