Nope. Come as you are! Our Intro classes are built for total beginners.
What should I wear?
Shorts you can move in. No lotion on skin. Heels are optional. Bring water and an open mind.
Is it safe?
Yes. Progressions, proper spotting, and one person per pole. Poles are cleaned before and after class.
