Take your pole skills to the next level! Intermediate Pole features more challenging spins, inversions and leg hangs that will have you building and improving your strength and flexibility. Handstands, laybacks and more complex spins and dance moves are featured in a routine you add onto each week. Intermediate 2 will introduce leg hangs and work on skills to prep you for High Intermediate. Your friends will be impressed!
