16 Jul Grounded-Inversions
This class will consist of fun and challenging warm ups and conditioning in preparation to explore inversions on the floor. Skills and drills will be introduced with variations to accommodate different skill levels. Each week will include a floor sequence and/or a floor shape incorporating or moving through headstand, shoulderstand, forearmstand and handstand options. Come prepared to slide around. Bring socks, leggings, snug tee or long sleeve top for optional shoulder coverage when you need it. Yoga blocks x2 not required but recommended.
