Pole Power is a 50-minute, full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and fearless confidence to be stage ready.
Every class fuses pole conditioning sequences with floor-work designed to strengthen and tone your body – legs, abs, glutes, back and arms.

Music and lighting aren’t just a backdrop, they’re the drumbeat that holds the band together.

We’re movement, music, and heels (heels optional), rolled into one heart-pounding, high-energy experience that leaves you dripping in glitter and sweat.

Our workouts are designed to maximize results, boost confidence, and ignite your femme power through sexy movement and expert instruction. We use resistance bands, stilettos (optional but fun!) and a pole.
