What to Wear for Pole Dance

Wear shorts and a fitted top. Leggings will prevent you from gripping the pole with your legs, so anything above the knee is best. We love dancing in stilettos so come early to try some pole dance heels on! Otherwise barefoot is fine.

Make sure NOT to moisturize your skin before class as you’ll be very slippery.

Slippery hands? No sweat… we sell grip aid at the studio. We also sell pole wear, tanks, knee pads, leggings, leg warmers and more!

What to Bring

Your sexy self because this is YOUR time to connect with your inner Showgirl!

Also please bring water, yoga mat (optional) and a cleaning cloth for your pole.

What to Wear for Chair and Floor

We recommend wearing leggings, knee pads and/or leg warmers, and a fitted top. Heels are a must as we love to heel clack but if you’d rather not, please wear socks.
