We suggest wearing booty shorts shorts and a workout top or tee. Leggings will prevent you from gripping the pole with your legs, so anything above the knee is best. We love dancing in stilettos so come early to try some pole dance heels on! Otherwise barefoot is fine.
Make sure NOT to moisturize your skin before class as you’ll be very slippery.

Bottled water and cleaning cloths are available for purchase. We have yoga mats available for our members to use if required.
We recommend wearing leggings, knee pads and/or leg warmers, and a fitted top. Heels are a must as we love to heel clack but if you’d rather not, please wear socks.
