8-Week Series: If you’re interested in a structured learning experience, our 8-week series is designed to help you progress safely and effectively from Beginner to Advanced levels. To enroll, pre-pay for the full 8 weeks by clicking the “BOOK NOW” buttons. Our team will then reserve your spot in the series, and you’ll receive an email confirmation. It’s completely normal and recommended to repeat levels to build strength, technique, muscle memory and confidence.
