All Pole Levels (Beginner to Advanced) are taught over an 8 week series, which is designed to help you progress safely and effectively. Each 8 week series will consist of a choreographed routine that you will learn from start to finish, incorporating spin pole tricks, sexy dance movements, heel clacks, rock star high kicks and floor work, providing an amazing cardio, strength endurance and flexibility workout!
No dance or fitness background necessary! New Beginner Pole Dance is designed for complete newbies and pole ‘virgins’! Start with a fun, cardio warm-up then strap on your stilettos to learn sexy walks and dance moves, body rolls, pole tricks, spins, sits and climbs! Beginner 2 Pole Dance is the next level after New Beginner. You can totally start your pole journey with Beginner 2 if you have some dance experience. Start with a fun, cardio warm-up then strap on your stilettos to learn more complex pole tricks, spins, sits and climbs! Once Beginner 2 Pole is complete, students graduate to Low Intermediate. Revise spins and sits already learned and combine them into combos and variations. Students also learn to go upside down and handstands are introduced! Put them altogether in a sexy routine that you add onto each week.

Take your pole skills to the next level! Intermediate Pole features more challenging spins, inversions and leg hangs that will have you building and improving your strength and flexibility. Start with a sexy fun warmup and then get to work! In this class we focus on all the pole tricks in our syllabus, tricks featured in routines AND learn unique spins and combos that will blow your mind!

This class will consist of fun and challenging warm ups and conditioning in preparation to explore inversions on the floor. Skills and drills will be introduced with variations to accommodate different skill levels. Each week I will offer a floor sequence and/or a floor shape incorporating or moving through; headstand, shoulderstand, forearmstand and handstand options. Come prepared to slide around. Bring socks, leggings, snug tee or long sleeve top for optional shoulder coverage when you need it. Yoga blocks x2 not required but recommended.
